Rehoming Policy:

No puppy/dog shall be re-homed, re-sold, or surrendered to a shelter with out the express knowledge and approval of Aspen Mini Aussies (AMA) or veterinary consent. We reserve the first right of approval on any and all puppies/dogs to be returned to us at no cost. Relocation/rehoming of any dog for any reason will need to be approved by AMA.

Our Recommendations:

We at AMA strongly suggest:
   1.  If possible, you wait until 9 to 12 months to have your puppy vaccinated for rabies.
   2.  If possible, you wait until after the first heat cycle for a female to be spayed. 
   3.  If possible, you wait until at least 12 months to have a male neutered. 

  4. You contact your veterinarian of choice for a 'Puppy Wellness' exam within three days of purchase. 

Please be aware of Parvo exposure until your pup is fully vaccinated by limiting exposure to other unvaccinated puppies/dogs and public areas. When visiting your vet for wellness exams, we recommend carrying your pup.
